SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship throughout Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates
Flat rate of AUD $11 for all orders, regardless of size or destination within Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery within Australia: 3-7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [sales@fanbruh.com] and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address changes
We are unable to change a shipping address once an order has been processed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
